Sanitarium: Eat Your Words

Writing here...
I enjoyed learning more fruits and vegetables. I guess my WALT for today was learning more fruit and veges and I learned how to cook and be sensible holding a knife

It was cool because we had to cook our own lunch for lunch time my negative comment is we put the bread crumbs in the wrong bowl so we had to bring it out the thing I Found difficult was mashing the chickpeas we all had turns for our works i enjoyed it.But the worst thing was me eating a lemon i had to eat it because there were no more bananas, oranges and all that it was epic cool!!

At the end of Term two we were visited by Sanitarium Eat Your Words, nutritionists. We learned about the nutrition of different types of nuts and vegetables. The thing I enjoyed most about the whole day was cooking, because I learned so much about how to cook. I also know how to hold a knife safely and properly. Something that was hard was mashing the chickpeas because they didn’t want to be mashed. To overcome it I gave it to my friend to do!
